2. Description of Services
Finance by Prajwal provides two primary services:
- Loan Application Assistance: For a one-time fee, we assist clients by identifying suitable lenders and handling the preparation and submission of loan application forms on their behalf.
- Digital Products: We sell digital e-books on financial topics, which are available for instant download upon purchase.
3. Loan Application Assistance Service
- No Guarantee of Approval: Our service is limited to the professional preparation and submission of your loan application. We do not lend money, nor do we guarantee that your loan application will be approved by any financial institution. The final lending decision rests solely with the banks or NBFCs.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for your loan application. Any misrepresentation may lead to the rejection of your application and potential legal consequences from the lender.
4. Digital Products (E-books)
- Intellectual Property: All e-books and their content are the exclusive property of Finance by Prajwal. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the e-book for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Restrictions: You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute the e-books in any form, digital or physical, without our explicit written consent.
5. Payments and Refunds
- Service Fees: All fees for our services are listed on our website and must be paid in advance.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable. The fee for loan assistance covers the service of processing and submitting your application, which is rendered immediately. The fee for digital e-books is non-refundable as the product is delivered instantly upon purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Finance by Prajwal, nor its owner, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any rejection of your loan application by a financial institution; (iii) any financial decision you make based on the content of our e-books or services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
